Vinyl Supply and Cutting
Vinyl cut graphics are generally referred to as decals or stickers used for vehicle graphics, window graphics and sign boards. Easy on, easy off vinyl decals can be permanently applied or removed depending on the vinyl grade and type of application. Vinyls come in different qualities, types and in a full range of colours.
Artletic Brand Engineering does various applications using vinyl, whether it is a simple one-colour design or a more complex multi-colour design. Vinyl signage consists of sheets of vinyl cut precisely to a specified design with a specialised machine that is then adhered to almost any clean surface. This includes cars, sign-boards, banners, windows, etc.
Vinyl Cutting is a process by which a computer controlled knife or hot die is used to cut plain or printed vinyl and polyester films. The excess or background material is removed. For large or pre-spaced decals, transfer tape is applied to the front of the remaining material. The transfer tape holds the cut material in position for application once the material's adhesive liner has been removed.
Computer cut pre-spaced self adhesive lettering and graphics are made from long lasting, tough, fade and shrink resistant vinyl. Our premium vinyl will last for years even under extreme conditions. Their modern equipment enables the most complex designs to be faithfully reproduced.
Most lettering and graphics can be manufactured in sizes up to 1180mm high and in excess of 8 meters long without a join. A wide range of colours are available including metallic, metallised, holographic, wood grain, marbleized, fluorescent, reflective, neon, 22K gold leaf and pearlescent. A budget range of vinyl is also available in limited colours.
Vinyl Application is the process of applying printed and/or cut vinyl graphics on a substrate. The substrate can be sheet stock, a piece of equipment, a vehicle, windows, doors, or virtually any relatively flat, smooth surface. Field installation is available nationwide, and will be organised with your local installer.
